BTDT- Been There Done That Rally

The BTDT (Been There Done That) rally is a motorcycle endurance rally that is 32 hours in duration and based on past bonus locations used during the HW3 rally. Featuring some of the finest roads and unique and interesting bonus locations in the west, the BTDT promises to be the first post Covid 19 pandemic rally in 2020. The event runs from Saturday, August 15th through Sunday, August 16th, 2020.

The BTDT is a “scavenger hunt” type rally. Riders will be sent a bonus pack a week before the rally, with a list of the bonus locations. From that list, the goal is to plan a route to bag as many bonus locations to reach finisher status. Placement in the event is based on points collected. This is primarily a street bike event. There will be bonus options that may be on dirt roads, but nothing that cannot be safely navigated using a street bike.

It will be based on the proven remote start, remote finish approach, where riders will email in a photo of a BDR (Business Dated Receipt) alongside their odometer not before 06:00 MDT on the Saturday. To claim a bonus, riders will email in their photo of the selected bonus with their rider placard in the photo to a defined email address. To finish, riders will email in a photo of a BDR (Business Dated Receipt) alongside their odometer not after 14:00 MDT on the Sunday.
